Fanteakwa North MP provides sets of jersey to constituents

Sport development at the basic school level in the Fanteakwa North Constituency ha been given a boost with the supply of sets of jerseys and footballs.

The Member of Parliament for the area, Kwabena A Amankwah donated 40 sets of jerseys and footballs to all basic schools in the area.

He advised the students to effectively combine their sporting talents with studies as this will provide good platform for their future carrier. He further reminded them of the taking the word of God seriously in order to become good and responsible citizens in the future.

In another development, the MP procured and distributed 50 streetlights to all communities in the area to boost visibility in the night. This is hoped to reduce crime and also provide opportunity for people who want to engage in legitimate businesses in the night to do so without fear of attack.
